40 Years of Innovation
In 2010, DDI is proud to celebrate its 40th Anniversary. Since our founding in 1970, we have grown from a small start-up operating out of founder Bill Byham’s home to a multi-national organization with 42 offices in 26 countries. While the size and structure of DDI may have changed over the past four decades, many things have remained the same. DDI continues to:
- Hire the best people and give them the tools and support they need to do their best work for our clients
- Put clients first by helping them to determine their true talent management needs and the solution that best meets those needs
- Develop innovative solutions to today’s talent management challenges
