Great Place to Work® named DDI as one of the best medium workplaces in the United States on their annual 2014 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list, published recently in FORTUNE magazine. This is the fourth time DDI has received this honor. Divided into two categories, small (25-250 employees) and medium (251-999 employees), the list recognizes companies with exceptional workplace cultures for the past eleven years.
“The DDI culture empowers employees to be engaged and have ownership of their jobs through clear accountability, meaningful work, coaching, feedback and positive reinforcement,” said Bob Rogers, DDI President. “Being acknowledged as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the fourth time is an honor DDI is very proud to accept.”
Competing against hundreds of companies across the country, DDI participated in a rigorous selection process, which included an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about benefits programs and company practices. Great Place to Work® evaluates each application using its unique methodology based on five dimensions of a great workplace: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. In compiling the list, Great Place to Work® has found that employees believe they work for great organizations when they consistently trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with.
