Audrey Smith is the Senior Vice President of DDI's Executive Solutions. Audrey and her team spearhead DDI’s global consulting resources to help organizations identify, develop, and deploy mid and executive-level talent.  Her extensive client experience and expertise have helped shape DDI’s offerings across the leadership pipeline, ranging from the C-suite to the front line. Most recently, her team led the development and launch of DDI’s pioneering mid level development program, Business Impact Leadership®

Education and Credentials

  • Doctorate and master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Colorado State University, where she taught courses in Psychometrics and Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
  • Member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology and American Psychological Association.
