Barry Stern

Vice President, Consulting Services and Delivery

Barry Stern is Vice President, Consulting Services and Delivery for Development Dimensions International (DDI). He is the leader of our United States consulting and delivery teams and also works with our global client base as a consultant, facilitator and coach.  His specialties include succession management, organizational change, assessment, performance management and executive coaching. Barry has experience across a wide range of industries, with major concentrations on the financial services, technology and pharmaceutical sectors.

Career Highlights

  • Prior to joining DDI, Barry held a variety of senior executive positions including Managing Director at Siebel Systems, Inc., (now part of Oracle), where he had sales, consulting, and product leadership responsibilities.  
  • Barry also served as Executive Vice President and Senior Partner at MOHR Development, Inc., which specialized in consulting and training with high-performance sales and service organizations.
