Dr. Martina Michel is European Head of Executive Development of Development Dimensions International (DDI) in Europe und Head of Consulting of DDI in Germany.
Martina supports national and international clients in Europe across the whole range of DDI’s services, with focus on strategic talent management, accountability execution, executive assessments and development processes, and executive-level Feedback and Coaching.
With more than 10 years of experience, Martina has the expertise as Executive, Consultant and Coach. She headed various national and international projects for numerous companies in differing business sectors.
Martina consults a number of prominent global clients, among them: Allianz, BSH, Continental, EDF and TUI.
