Senior Consultant, DDI Deutschland

Stefan Ingendoh is Senior Consultant of Development Dimensions International (DDI) in Germany.

He is responsible for managing and providing assistance to clients in the planning, design and implementation of talent management solutions. Specifically, his responsibilities include:

  • Developing, optimising and implementing Performance Management Processes
  • Designing and implementing development programs to, e.g. support leadership transitions
  • Consulting support to clients in planning, design and implementation of audit and selection processes
  • Consulting and global project management of integrated talent management programs aligned to the clients´ unique business needs

Thought Leadership:

  • Co-Presenter of DDI´s Global Leadership Forecast 2005/2006 at the Network Conferences “Brain Gain statt Brain Drain – Talente entwickeln, motivieren und binden” in January 2007 (Düsseldorf and Frankfurt)

Career Highlights:

In his role, Stefan designs and facilitates executive workshops and leadership trainings. He designed selection processes and conducted assessments for a number of international organisations to mid- and senior level audiences. In addition he worked as project manager in several global talent management initiatives.

Stefan has provided consulting support for various international projects in the following areas of business: Automotive, electronics, engineering, banking and finance, IT, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical.

A short list of Stefan’s clients include: EADS, Henkel, Mazda, Motorola, Roche, Sabic, Sanofi-Aventis, Philips, NXP, SAP, Tetrapak and Westinghouse.

Before joining DDI Stefan worked as a Consultant for personnel and organizational development at the Dresdner Bank, Frankfurt (Germany).
