Sheryl Riddle

Senior Vice President, Consulting Services

As senior vice president of Global Consulting Services and Delivery for Development Dimensions International (DDI), Sheryl is responsible for formulating and executing DDI's consulting business strategies around the world and leading and developing the consulting teams and associates who design and deliver learning solutions. She is also the Managing Director for DDI's Canadian Operation.

Sheryl has more than 25 years of experience in helping organizations drive business results through their critical people systems. Her experience encompasses the broad spectrum of talent management including executive coaching, senior development, organizational change, performance management, culture change and learning and development, organization change, and HR business development. Sheryl has worked with senior leaders across all industries bringing a broadened perspective about what it takes to drive critical business strategies through its talent initiatives.
