Authoria, as a Talent Management software provider, has licensed various pieces of DDI’s intellectual property content to be delivered to customers as default within their full Talent Management Suite. Included in the suite are our High Performance and Executive Competency Libraries as well as additional DDI content available for licensing.
Convergys, as an HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) provider, currently provides services to a number of DDI customers on a global basis. DDI maintains a Global partnership with Convergys that enables us to provide products and solutions to their client base.
Cornerstone OnDemand, as an LMS and Talent Management software provider, works with DDI mainly within the Learning area. Our IM: EX and Techniques courses are loaded into their LMS and are in use by a number of mutual customers.
First Advantage works with DDI as a provider of Recruitment Marketing Solutions, Skills Tests and Background Checks on a global basis. 
DDI has partnered with Hewitt to provide our Testing and Selection solutions to clients within the Hewitt RPO division.
hr.com has partnered with DDI to offer their Premiere Subscribers the use of OPAL during their individual membership term. 
HR Smart, as a Talent Management software provider, has integrated the DDI High Performance and Executive Competency Libraries into their technology suite.  Additionally, our IM: EX courses will soon be accessible within their LMS platform
Learn.com, as an LMS and Talent Management software provider, has integrated DDI Competency Libraries and Development Guides into their technology suite. This DDI content is available for customer licensing. Additionally, our IM: EX courses are accessible within their LMS platform.
DDI has developed and validated an online Assessment, Monster Performance Assessment, which is sold exclusively by the Monster North American sales team. This Assessment is delivered to Monster customers in conjunction with their job postings and applicant tracking technology. This short (10-12 minute) assessment allows their customers the ability to quickly identify the candidates with the closest match. Saving significant time normally spent reviewing unqualified resumes.
DDI, as a certified partner of Oracle/Peoplesoft, has gone through an extensive process to have our Competency Library, Development Guide and Results Writer content certified as compliant with the Peoplesoft platform. This insures that the licensed content is available in a format that can be uploaded into Peopelsoft and comply with their configuration standards. This content is available for licensing directly from DDI.
Success Factors, as a global Talent Management software provider, the DDI High Performance and Executive Competency Libraries as well as additional content, is either uploaded or accessible via the Success Factors technology suite. Success Factors has also configured a version of their Performance Management module in line with DDI’s Maximizing Performance product enabling our customers to enjoy the power of both solutions.
Taleo, as the largest non-ERP global Talent Management software provider in the marketplace today, DDI has the largest number of customer test integrations with Taleo. Some or our largest North American and global customers utilize Taleo’s technology to launch DDI’s tests and report results to our mutual customers. This is accomplished via our Taleo Certified Passport Integration managed by the E-Systems team at DDI.
