
As the head of DDI’s Center for Applied Behavioral Research (CABER), she guides investigative surveys that provide new knowledge and data about global trends in leadership development, selection, and othertalent management issues and allow organizations to benchmark their workplace practices against local and global norms. She also oversees research with individual DDI clients, helping them to measure the effectiveness of their talent management practices and link them with organizational performance. A 30-year veteran to the industrial and organizational psychology profession, Ann brings a significant cadre of professional experience to this role, including special expertise in assessment centers and managerial careers.
