  1. START OF LEAD PROCESS - Submitting this questionnaire will begin a Sales Lead Qualification and Tracking process. Please ensure that the information entered is accurate and current.
  2. TIMELINE – this lead will be assigned to a DDI Account Executive and s/he will contact you within 2 business days.
