He manages relationships with key clients to deliver long-term value through the design, implementation, and alignment of people and talent systems. He has an extensive experience in Automotive and Lean Manufacturing and works with top global organizations to understand their business challenges, identify talent implications, and design selection and development solutions that drive impact. With over 20 years’ experience as an Industrial and Organizational psychologist, Dr. Clevenger was an Assistant Professor of psychology with Indiana University before joining DDI.
