Evan Sinar, Ph.D. is Chief Scientist and Vice President, Center for Analytics and Behavioral Research (CABER). Evan and his team conduct comprehensive analytical evaluations of talent management programs to gauge their impact and to forecast opportunities to better align with business strategy, and they produce contemporary, prescriptive thought leadership about talent management practices, drawing on data generated and curated by CABER.
Evan serves as a thought leader for DDI on topics such as leadership development, talent management analytics, data visualization, generational differences, social media, and pre-employment assessment.
Currently co-leading DDI’s Talent Management Analytics Center of Excellence, a cross-functional team defining and guiding the implementation of best practice analytics methodologies.
Evan previously held the role of Manager, Assessment and Selection Analytics, leading design, development, and technology integrity for DDI’s screening and testing solutions.
