Ron Dalesio is president of Development Dimensions International (DDI). Since its founding in 1970, DDI has grown to become a leading and innovative global human resources consultancy with more than 1,000 talented associates, serving a diverse roster of clients across 93 countries.
Ron is heavily engaged in the development and execution of DDI’s business strategy. He also is responsible for client-facing field operations on a global basis, and directs DDI’s worldwide business development process and teams. In addition, he consults with and provides executive coaching to multinational organizations around the world.
During his 24 years with DDI prior to being named president in 2015, Ron served as executive vice president of worldwide sales and also led DDI’s international operations. In those roles he was responsible for the global expansion of the company’s business, including the on-site start-up of 18 offices in 14 countries. Ron has lived and worked for DDI in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Australia.
Ron's thought leadership has appeared in leading industry publications and journals, including Human Resource Executive and Training magazines.
He has delivered speeches to audiences in the United States, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, China, Korea, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Taiwan, Brazil, Chile, the Philippines and Malaysia.
