John Scott Boston (Scott) is the Vice President for Kimberly-Clark Corporation responsible for Global Talent Management & HR Strategy & Shared Services which includes talent acquisition, learning and development, workforce capability, organizational effectiveness, and global HR operations teams responsible for ensuring the company has world-class practices, systems, and processes to support Kimberly-Clark's human capital needs. Scott also leads human resources for Kimberly-Clark international representing 800 of the 1000 HR professionals across Kimberly-Clark and operating in 67 countries around the globe.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in April 2011, Scott served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for McKesson Corporation–a Fortune 20 provider of pharmaceutical distribution, medical and surgical supplies, and information technology solutions within the healthcare industry. He brings more than 20 years of leadership in HR and extensive experience in leading HR transformations, global talent management functions, HR shared services, and providing HR business partner support for major company divisions.
Scott received a BBA double major in Marketing and Management from Emory University. He also earned an Executive MBA in International Business from Emory University's Goizeuta Business School where he graduated at the top of his class and received the honor of "Most Outstanding Academic Achievement."
