Lori Bradley is Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management and Organizational Development for PVH Corp, one of the world's largest global apparel companies, with a diversified portfolio of iconic lifestyle brands, led by Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Lori's areas of expertise include leadership and executive assessment, selection and development, executive coaching, succession management, and organization development.
Lori has worked and consulted in the technology, pharmaceutical, commercial aviation, defense, aerospace, medical, banking, hospitality, retail apparel, real estate, and information services industries. She has 25 years' experience in designing and leading organizational change programs and working with senior executives to align and strengthen their leadership skills and talent strategies.
She was named as one of New York Business Journal's 2014 Women of Influence honorees and was recently quoted in a Wall Street Journal article on the practice of executive assessment.
Her book, The Handbook of High-Performance Virtual Teams was published by Jossey-Bass and provides a comprehensive look at successful virtual collaboration in global settings.
Lori holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organization Psychology from the University of North Texas.
