Recent reports have documented that 80% of an organization’s valuation comes from its intangible assets, or its people. Once the domain of HR, talent has become such an important competitive advantage that it has attracted the attention of Boards and CEOs. In fact, the Boards of most major health care systems are insisting on having a formal succession plan as the lack of one may affect bond ratings. Yet, top executives are often unclear about the tenets of talent management.

In this webinar, you’ll learn the roles and responsibilities of Boards and CEOs, the best system for accurately identifying and rapidly deploying your high performers, how to leverage the latest in assessment technology, how to predict which executives will perform best in important roles—before they assume them, and how to evaluate the effectiveness of your talent management strategy.  This webinar will feature a best practice case study with Don Inderlied, SVP, Corporate Services & Chief Compliance Officer, Hamot Health Foundation.
