In the July edition of AFR BOSS the 6 finalists of the Financial Review BOSS Young Executives of the Year awards were revealed. This is the eighth year of the awards and saw entrants from all sectors - business, government and not for profit. A shortlist of 10 candidates were chosen to participate in a DDI day-in-the-life assessment centre which evaluated how the candidates responded and reacted to simulated work environments and interviewed by a panel of distinguished business leaders. The final six were selected based on both results.
