Jim’s consulting practice spans an exceptionally wide industry spectrum that includes extensive experience in government, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. He has rich experience in establishing and leading a high performance team, and has formed and led DDI consulting teams in the Midwest, Southeast, and Northeastern United States.
