Dr. Graham has over 18 years of experience in the global talent management consulting industry. As the general manager of DDI’s operation in Japan, he supports a diverse set of clients in designing and executing programs in the areas of leadership and executive development, employee selection, succession management, and coaching. Ken has lived and worked in Japan for more than six years, where he has led numerous large-scale talent engagements across the Asian region and beyond. As a result, Ken brings valuable perspective to any global talent initiative, especially those with a Japanese component.

He specializes in helping multinational clients build alignment in their talent management programs across diverse regions, with deep expertise in the Japanese market.
