Nitiphan has more than 12 years of experience in management consulting, human capital strategy, performance management, sales and marketing. He has developed and implemented human resource management and development systems for companies across a variety of industries. Nitiphan joined DDI in 2010 as a business development director responsible for sales and marketing of DDI’s solution and services. He manages large engagements that involve executive-level assessment and development providing thought leadership and business solutions that meet individual client needs and result in maximum client satisfaction.
Prior to joining DDI, Nitiphan was a senior consultant for leading consulting firm; his responsibilities and experiences including: organization transformation & integrated HR system design and development, organization structure design, business process improvement / redesign, performance management system design, strategic compensation & benefits management, total reward strategy, talent management, leadership competency, career path and succession plan. Nitiphan has consulted extensively with Krungthai Bank, TMB Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Kiatnakin Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), Port Authority of Thailand and many other global and domestic clients.
