- Hundreds of leaders have been assessed in our state-of-the-art Leadership Acceleration Center to provide accurate insights into their capabilities and readiness against immediate and future business demands. Almost all of them were identified as future leaders in their organizations, being developed and groomed for more senior roles and bigger responsibilities.

- In 2004, DDI started a partnership with CNBC Asia Pacific based in Singapore for the prestigious Asia Business Leaders Awards (ABLA). The annual Awards celebrate and recognize vision, excellence and the spirit of achievement of Asian business leaders. As CNBC’s Research Partner, DDI conducts in-depth, face-to-face interviews with shortlisted CEOs to assess their leadership qualities based on criteria such as strategy formulation and execution, talent management, innovation, culture, and social contribution.
