As Managing Director for Canada, Adam is responsible for the creation and implementation of the region's business strategy and management of all aspects of the operation.
Adam is an expert on a broad range of leadership and talent management practices and partners with a diverse range of both multinational and regional organizations across industries. Ultimately Adam’s consulting, in partnership with the entire Canadian team, is targeted at providing business-relevant counsel to help organizations learn to better diagnose and accelerate their talent. While passionate about the entire talent pipeline and strategies for driving business impact through people, Adam spends considerable time helping companies identify their high potential talent, move toward growth focused succession management, and build a truly development-focused culture.
