Philippe Cavat

General Manager, DDI France

Philippe Cavat has been a management consultant for 25 years. During this time, he advised more than half of the CAC 40 population (top 40 multinationals of French origin). Ex Partner of the BOSSARD Consulting firm (now GEMINI consulting), he became head of the Paris office of SECOR Consulting (a Canadian strategic and leadership consulting firm), before taking charge of the Leadership, Talent and Engagement practices at HEWITT in Europe. In 2007, he joined DDI as Managing Director for France, Southern Europe and French speaking Africa.
 
Thought Leadership

Beyond his professional experience, Philippe also taught at ESSEC. He was an active member of the Association Française de Planification Stratégique (AFPLANE) and is also the author of several articles about strategic leadership, human resource transformations, and talent management. He is frequently asked to speak at conferences in Europe and North America concerning these topics. At the crossroads of strategic stakes and HR, Philippe published a study on "Corporate Universities and Strategic Leadership" as well as a book on eBusiness that analyzes the impacts of technology on people management and on corporate culture.

Philippe Cavat is also a member of Club 111, an association that he created with Philippe Sella (selected 111 times by the French Rugby team), that develops educational programs in emergent countries using values borrowed from Rugby.
