London—DDI UK Ltd is moving its UK offices to a purpose-built central London office. The building is called "The Connection" and is located on High Holborn, WC1.
The UK was chosen as DDI’s first international location over 30 years ago when the Windsor office opened for business. For the last 10 years DDI has been located in Sefton Park, Buckinghamshire. However, DDI’s increasing focus on helping large multinational organisations grow their leadership capability and capacity has precipitated the move to central London.
“The move to our new offices takes DDI into the very centre of the MNC action,” says Bruce Watt, Managing Director of DDI Europe. “We’re relocating to an area which is the home patch to many enterprises and large consultancies. The huge London financial and insurance industry is located just to the east, many large multinational corporations are headquartered to the south and west, and the legal hub is to the north. From a business perspective, we couldn’t be in a better location and ’The Connection’ is an apt name for our office location.”
DDI’s new home has four assessment suites with the most up-to-date equipment, a multimedia training centre, and conference facilities.
“How assessments are used as part succession management and leadership growth is changing,” according to Simon Mitchell, General Manager of DDI UK. “We are seeing exciting developments in more flexible assessment and development methods that use new technology as part of faster, highly precise, and more scalable interventions. The location and design of our new office gives us the edge we need to continue to remain at the forefront of the industry.”
DDI will be in its new home by 1st September 2015. Click here for the map.
