According to new research from Development Dimensions International, a business that has women and Millennials in leadership roles will be more successful.

DDI’s Evan Sinar, The Conference Board’s Amy Lui Abel and The Global Leadership Forecast 2014 | 2015 (GLF) were featured in the Washington Times on Monday, December 15, in an article titled, “Women and Millennials in leadership roles are better for business,” by Alex Swoyer.
Here, Alex details various findings from the GLF that directly connect women and Millennials to improved organizational financial performance.
“Our study found that women and Millennials are not better AT business—but they are better FOR business,” stated Evan and Amy. The Global Leadership Forecast 2014 | 2015 found that companies outperforming their peers financially had more diversity in their leadership ranks—both in gender and in generations.”
