Commencing operations in 1976, DDI Australia is recognised as the leading HR Consultancy in Australia. We utilise our world-class research and development undertaken on a global scale, and tailor solutions to meet the particular business needs of Australian organisations which help our clients realize measurable outcomes.
We have an Australian-wide reach, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Additionally, we have solid relationships with an extensive network of experienced consultants both here and around the world. DDI has invested in purpose-built Development/Acceleration Centres in Sydney and Melbourne, to meet the demand for small and large scale assessment and development projects. We have worked with almost 1000 executives, and have workshop facilities at which we’ve trained more than 2000 facilitators to deliver DDI courses. Our clients include a significant number of the BRW Top 1000 and ASX Top 150 companies.
Through a team of some 20 consultants representing a broad range of expertise, we’re experienced in supporting our clients with roll outs, whether in leadership development, talent management, selection systems or performance management. Our client feedback is consistently excellent and we’re valued as much for the easy working relationship we create as for our deep expertise and our ability to master our clients’ business issues.
DDI works with some of Australia’s and the world's most successful companies—companies who care about hiring, developing, and retaining the best people. Here is a sample of our clients:

This increase represented nearly a $2.2 million return on investment, reflecting a return of nearly $10.60 for every training dollar spent.
‘DDI has given us a really effective program and some tools which meet not only the strategic direction that we are going in with our people, but also give us a very practical, everyday skill that can be used effectively in the business.’
