To meet the diverse needs of our Targeted Selection Administrator and Facilitation Skills graduates, DDI Australia is pleased to announce the all new Facilitator Club (FC).
 
Transferring any new learning back to your workplaces can have its challenges…... just ask any first time facilitator! Our quarterly FC Webinar sessions are designed to assist you in breaking down the barriers that inhibit transfer of skills. Sharing over 30 years of DDI’s skills, tools & knowledge, the FC will ensure your learning investment is realised.
 
It is not just about what you can learn from DDI though! The FC will also present opportunities to network and interact with other facilitators and learn from one another. Even if you’re a seasoned facilitator, the FC will provide fresh ideas and perspectives that will assist in your ongoing professional development.
 
Here is what's coming up in 2008:
  • April 4 -Preparing For Your First Facilitation & Handling Difficult Training Situations
  • July 4 - Maintaining Momentum, What Happens When the Excitement Runs Out
  • October 10 - Customising Skills Practices & Thinking Outside the Box -  Different Approaches to the Same Old Training Situation

There is no charge to join DDI Australia’s Facilitators Club and it is available to all Targeted Selection Administrator & Facilitation Skills graduates.

Another Exciting Resource for DDI Accredited Facilitators

DDI Accredited Facilitators in Australia are able to access DDI's Global Facilitators' Network (FN). This fantastic resource, drawing on over 30 years of experience, enables facilitators to access a range of learning aids, tips and facilitator materials.

We encourage all facilitators to register to use this exciting resource. Click here for more information on DDI's Global Facilitators' Network. Once you are on the Facilitators' Network, site click "Register Now!" to submit your details and you should receive notification of your access within about 48 hours.
