The DDI Brazil offices opened in September 2004.

Our consultants are high-caliber people, thoroughly versed in the different DDI programs, and have a strong background in Human Resources with major corporations.

For implementations at the global level, we have an advantage—most of our consultants are bilingual or even trilingual, so that we have been able to deliver our services throughout Latin America, as well as in Spanish, Portuguese and English speaking countries throughout the world.

Our Strengths & Accomplishments

Alcon Laboratories

DDI Brazil has been working with Alcon Laboratórios do Brasil since 2002 when we started the core competencies design and eventually worked with other levels of the company—Leaders, Admin/Tech and Sales.

Once this process was accomplished, we evaluated all Alcon associates, based on the developed competencies, through a 360 tool, which mapped development gaps against the competencies. In this step, all the leaders were trained to give feedback to their associates, about the results of the evaluation and to create an Individual Development Plan (IDP), thus creating a broad development and training program that has been applied, including IM: EX^SM, through the year 2004. About 200 associates are involved in this project.

This year, Alcon was considered one of the “Best Companies to Work For” by Exame Magazine, with a highlight on the development of its professionals.
