Our Management Team

Elmar Kronz is the Vice President for Development Dimensions International’s (DDI) Asia operations. He has experience supporting clients across a range of DDI’s capabilities with a primary focus on talent management, executive assessment and development, and selection.

As Managing Director of Greater China, Louis Liu is responsible for managing and growing DDI’s operations in Shanghai and Taipei and providing consulting services in performance management, selection and leadership development, and strategy alignment.

Erik Duerring is Director of Consulting Services in Asia for Development Dimensions International (DDI), primarily providing leadership to DDI’s Asia consulting, assessment and executive solution operations. He has over 13 years of experience in the areas of succession management, assessment, and leadership development.

Nigel has over 18 years experience in the field of selection and people management.
