Open since 1993, DDI France has extended its work to Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain.

Our team of 42 associates, with more than 30 consultants, offers its expertise to many of the most competitive French and International organizations. We intervene on projects on leadership development, selection, performance management, and succession management.

Talent Acquisition

DDI has recruited more than 2000 employees for Toyota Manufacturing Motors France at Valenciennes, using DDI selection and training tools supported by DDI consulting services to transfer knowledge.

Leadership Development

Our facilitators train more than 4000 managers per year. For example in view of a new initiative within the organization, DDI France has trained GEFCO leaders as follows:
