Sheffield has been the exclusive DDI Licensee in New Zealand since December 2000. As their local affiliate, we work with both our clients and also provide seamless delivery of DDI Solutions as part of multinational company development initiatives.
Founded in 1961 as a firm of industrial psychologists, Sheffield has retained its commitment to this area. Since becoming a DDI affiliate company in December 2000, Sheffield has used DDI solutions with well over 130 client organisations across many sectors including manufacturing, commercial services, financial services, central government, local government, professional services and the tertiary eduction sectors. Our clients are all committed to the development of their talent and leadership pipeline and have included some of New Zealand's largest employers in both the public and private sector as well as small to medium enterprises.
We have assessed executives for acceleration pools, succession management programmes, as part of significant restructuring projects, and for learning and development programmes.
Thousands of executives have been trained using DDI learning programmes and materials customised to meet our clients specific needs and business drivers.
With ongoing organisational structure changes in our economy, Sheffield has developed a niche expertise in providing planning and implementation support for large reorganisations and reselection projects. We use Targeted Selection® as the primary tool to ensure both rigour of process and legal contestability during the selection process.
