Overview

Target-DDI has been in business since 1989. We operate in the southern part of South America—mainly in Chile, Perú and Argentina. We are a DDI affiliate since 1995 offering the full range of DDI products and services. We specialize in training, consulting in HR Systems, assessment centers, selection, performance management and other human resources areas.

Our headquarters offices are in Santiago with three additional Chilean offices, as well as an office in Lima, Perú.

Our staff consists of 80 highly-trained and customer-oriented people prepared to address our clients' needs.
