Mark Busine is Managing Director, South East Asia for Development Dimensions International (DDI) Asia/Pacific. Before becoming a Managing Director, he worked as General Manager Consulting, General Manager, Victoria and WA, National Marketing Manager and Senior Consultant.

Ian Till is the General Manager for the Singapore operations of DDI. In the last 16 years, Ian gained extensive experience across South East Asia in leadership assessment and development, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and organizational restructuring.
