Please note: We require a minimum of 5 working days for delivery within the UK and 10 working days outside the UK where possible. If it's really urgent, we can send your parcel overnight or even deliver the same day for an increased carriage charge plus an additional materials express printing charge, depending on the area and availability of stock (more details below). Prework orders should be placed 15 working days ahead of the workshop date to allow you ample time for distribution of the material prior to the workshop. Invoicing: All fees are payable in Pounds Sterling (unless otherwise noted on DDI invoices) within thirty (30) days after the date of the DDI invoice. Clients pay all sales or use taxes and all shipping and handling charges on Materials and where applicable, all duties, excise taxes, import fees, Internet and/or website charges, and subscription fees. Credit card payments: We accept Visa, AMEX, Mastcard and Switch. A receipt of the payment will be forwarded to your mailing address. Freight: Freight charges are the responsibility of the client. Goods will be shipped ground service and associated freight charges are prepaid by DDI and added to your invoice. If you request rush (less than 3 working days) or overnight shipment, DDI will prepay and add express freight charges to the invoice. Materials: DDI guarantees the arrival in good condition of all Materials shipped. Clients need to notify DDI within fourteen (14) days of receipt of any Materials that are damaged, incomplete, or otherwise defective. If so notified, DDI will replace them at no charge to our client.
