DDI celebrates 30 years in the Philippines

DDI's co founder, CEO and chairman Bill Byham and his wife Carolyn traveled to Manila recently to celebrate the 30th anniversary of DDI in the Philippines.

DDI started its operations in the Philippines as early as 1977 with the introduction of the assessment center methodology to evaluate senior-level leadership. As the first DDI office in Southeast Asia, DDI Philippines played a significant role in establishing other DDI offices in Asia, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong. Thirty years later, this office continues to help hundreds of Filipino and multinational organizations in the Philippines and around the world realize growth and success through talent management solutions.
