The latest technology and flexible learning options —blended to perfection. Because how leaders use technology has changed, with IM: ExLSM we’ve incorporated delivery options including traditional classroom, web- based training, virtual classroom, and support for technology-enabled social and peer learning.

Development Accelerators. Each IM: ExLSM course includes course-specific activities learners can use before, during, or after training to delve deeper into specific course topics, refresh their knowledge and skills, apply what they learn, and track their progress.

Online learning support resources.
