Participation is Simple.
If you are a Staffing Director or a new hire in your organization, please complete the corresponding survey below. It should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete online.
By Participating In This Study You Will Receive:
A customized report comparing your organization's data to local and global norms. This will allow you to benchmark your selection practices against those of today's top performing organizations. To receive a custom report, organizations must provide one Staffing Director survey and a minimum of 30 new hire surveys.
Access to the final study report looking at selection practice trends and issues that have changed over the past several years as well as those that are emerging.

You should complete this survey only if you have a good perspective on the selection practices in your organization. Only one Staffing Director per organization needs to participate in this part of the study.

By completing this survey you will be representing new hires of your organization. Results from this study will be used to gather important information regarding current trends in selection practices.
