New Zealand Management Magazine is pleased to announce the launch of the Global Leadership Forecast 2010 | 2011!

We are offering you the opportunity to learn about current trends in leadership development and to benchmark your organisation's HR and leadership practices against some of the world's leading organisations.

To Participate in the Study  

Due to the large number of members invited to participate, you may experience delays accessing the survey. Your response is important, so please return at a later time when traffic is reduced.

Participation is simple. If you are an HR professional or a leader in your organisation, please complete the corresponding survey below. It should take approximately 20 minutes to complete online. Your responses are confidential.
 
By taking the survey, you will receive a complimentary global report. To take full advantage of this benchmarking opportunity, submit 1 HR professional survey and a minimum of 30 non-HR leader surveys to receive a customised specific company report comparing your organisation’s data to local and global norms.

By completing this survey you will be representing leaders of your organisation. Results from this study will be used to gather important information regarding current trends in leadership development.

By participating in this global study, you will receive:

HR Professionals:  A customised report comparing your organisation's data to local and global norms.  This will allow you to benchmark your leaders against those of today's top performing organisations.  To receive a custom report, organisations must provide 1 HR professional survey and a minimum of 30 non-HR leader surveys.

HR Professionals and Leaders:  Access to the final Study Report looking at leadership trends and issues that have changed over the last 8 years as well as those that are emerging.  In our Leadership Forecast 2008-2009 we drew upon 1,400 worldwide organisations and over 12,000 leaders from 76 countries to produce a 50-page report with valuable insights into leadership practices in world-class companies.
