We are offering you the opportunity to learn about current trends in leadership development and to benchmark your organization's HR and leadership practices against some of the world's leading organizations.

To Participate in the Study

Participation is simple. If you are an HR professional or a leader in your organization, please complete the corresponding survey below. It should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete online.  Your responses are always held confidential.
 
To take full advantage of this benchmarking opportunity, submit 1 HR professional survey and a minimum of 30 non-HR leader surveys to receive a customized company report comparing your organization’s data to local and global norms.

You should complete this survey only if you have a good perspective on the leadership development practices in your organization. Only one HR professional per organization needs to participate in this part of the study.

By completing this survey you will be representing leaders of your organization. Results from this study will be used to gather important information regarding current trends in leadership development.
