Daphne Hu, HR Associate Director of Amway's Taiwan office, explains how Amway gets good results after implementing these talent management tools. "Over 90 percent [of those we surveyed] claimed that their leaders encouraged them to talk more to get more involved in discussions," Hu says of employee support for the programs. "They feel much more sense of honor, and take the lead in discussions."
