“For us it was very important to leverage leaders’ abilities to develop and engage their people to make sure there is a cycle of leadership in the company,” says Noferini. He led an initiative at Samsung Electronics Italy to use 360° feedback to raise awareness, and ensure leaders model the right behaviors for the next generation of management. “We can see some things changing. It was also good to highlight what they can do well…they became more aware of what they can teach others because they already do it well.”
