Pankratz and Duarte talk about using DDI's pre-employment assessments to select for a plant start-up. Using a screening test, automated production simulation, behavioral interviewing, and other tools enabled them to select the best candidates for critical production line jobs. "The result of our selection has been very positive," says Pankratz. "We’ve been able to staff our plant and to find quality people but also have been able to do it in a time demeanor to meet the hiring need."
