DDI’s Center for Applied Behavioral Research (CABER) conducts, coordinates, and champions research on leadership and human talent in the workplace. For almost 20 years, CABER has built its reputation with noteworthy benchmarking surveys and studies that focus on the evaluation of DDI’s leadership development and performance enhancement programs. The purpose of CABER’s research is to:
  • Confirm the integrity of DDI’s products and services
  • Measure the attainment of DDI clients’ objectives and expectations
  • Provide thought leadership to DDI clients and associates

CABER regularly conducts evaluation studies and consults with clients around the effectiveness of DDI’s programs and solutions in achieving client’s business objectives. In partnership with internal and external clients, we design, conduct, and coordinate studies that help demonstrate the value that DDI brings to client organizations.

Trends Research

CABER conducts investigative surveys that uncover new knowledge and information about global workplace practices and issues. The biennual Selection Forecast focuses on recruiting, hiring, and related talent management issues. The Global Leadership Forecast investigates worldwide trends and issues related to leadership and leadership development. In addition, we periodically research special topics, such as performance management or trust in the workplace.
