DDI’s Center for Applied Behavioral Research (CABER) offers an expanded set of tools and services to accurately measure the impact of our leadership interventions—on both individual leader performance and organizational performance. 

Impact of HR Programs

The Checkpoint SystemSM provides a set of proven, standardized tools for evaluating the impact of DDI solutions across Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation, and ROI.  All of the tools can be customized or combined to produce unique measurement systems. 

Needs Analysis

DDI offers a simple, standard training needs analysis for no cost.  These tools are paper/pencil based and direct users to the appropriate leadership development course.  CABER also conducts custom needs analyses. Usually, these are based on unique client needs.
