Leadership Mirror® is a web-based, multilingual 360° feedback system that your organization can use to conduct enterprise wide multisource assessments involving large populations, small teams, or individuals. This flexible system allows your organization to implement standard or customized surveys based on specific needs. Leadership Mirror® gathers observational information from multiple respondents about people’s strengths and development needs.

Online Performance and Learning (OPAL®)

OPAL® is DDI's innovative online competency development and day-to-day job performance system. OPAL® helps employees improve important work skills and competencies to perform better on the job. OPAL® can be installed on your intranet or accessed through the Internet. OPAL® includes over 600 performance tools such as action planners, surveys, interview worksheets, and discussion guides. Using OPAL®, employees can receive just-in-time coaching for handling tough job situations and access developmental activities and information online for longer-term development in key business competencies.

Success Profiles: NavigatorSM

Success Profiles NavigatorSM is a web-based Application Service Provider (ASP) application that allows Client companies to establish and document Success Profiles. Success Profiles are the competencies, personal attributes, knowledge and experiences associated with success or failure in a given job/ role. The system is pre-loaded with DDI’s competencies, knowledge, and experience libraries, as well as motivational fit facets.

Targeted Selection®: Access®

Targeted Selection: Access (TS: Access®) is a web-based product that supports and enhances the interviewing process using DDI's Targeted Selection® principles. It provides tools to identify and confirm job-related competencies, create and distribute interview guides, and support candidate data evaluation and decision making. TS: Access® is the first DDI product to provide an on-line candidate comparison tool to help managers make effective hiring decisions. The tool also provides online tools and resources to enhance interviewing and hiring skills. TS: Access® is pre-loaded with DDI’s competency libraries.
