Bruce is passionate about helping organizations transform and grow through unleashing the potential of their people. Throughout his career working with multinational companies around the world, he has considered it a privilege to have helped thousands of leaders develop their self-insight and leadership capabilities.
Bruce joined DDI in 2000 and currently serves as Vice President for DDI’s operations in Europe, India, and Australia; DDI’s Global Centre of Excellence in Pittsburgh; and DDI licensee operations around the world. His team is on a quest for building stronger organizations through creating better leaders for a better future. Based mainly in London, Bruce’s role requires him to be very mobile, and he loves working with his teams and clients across such a diverse landscape of regions and cultures.
Bruce’s passion for football (soccer) has helped him develop a better appreciation and understanding of the world as every club tells a story about a city or region’s history and culture.
