Executive Consultant – Thailand
Apisith has extensive experience in the area of leadership assessment and development. Since shifting his career from Engineering to HR Consulting in 2006, he has led the design and implementation of several large assessment center projects, with nearly 1,000 leaders, and executives being assessed and developed. He also has a key role at DDI Thailand as a learning system master trainer and has facilitated nearly 300 leadership development workshops.
Apisith is also an expert in the area of job analysis, success profiling, competency framework design, and performance management. He has helped large organizations in the design of core, leadership, and functional competencies, and has conducted job analyses for nearly 300 job positions.
He has consulted extensively with both domestic and multi-national clients across a broad spectrum of industries including PTT, IRPC, PTT Global Chemical, PTTEP, Thai Oil, SPRC, CPAll, Pfizer, Roche, Minor Food Group, Kiatnakin Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, K-Bank, BAY, BAAC, TMB, Siam City Cement, Siam Cement Group, the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, CPN, Fugro, Sime Darby, Adidas, Kimberly-Clark, Amway, and Somboon Group.
Apisith has extensive experience managing large and complex assessment and development system projects. He has developed a wide range of assessment tools and techniques including work simulations, ability tests, psychometric tests, and other competency-based assessments. He has successfully partnered with his clients to implement many, large-scale talent management, assessment, development, and selection initiatives aimed at mid- to senior-level leaders. Apisith also has a strong background in performance management system design, organizational structure design, and employee engagement. He has helped large organizations review and redesign organizational structures and revisit manpower planning process.
