As General Manager of New South Wales, Shannon drives the client relationship/account management function for DDI Australia.
Shannon’s expertise spans 20 years of experience in both generalist and specialist (OD/L&D) roles – as an internal and external consultant – which allows her to bring a unique and in-depth perspective that intersects the best of both worlds. She has been in leadership roles for most of her career throughout Australia and Europe, pursuing her curiosity and passion for optimising businesses through people.
Having worked with clients across a wide range of other industry sectors, Shannon connects deeply with people from diverse backgrounds and has a reputation for highly effective listening, asking insightful questions, empathy and business focus. In addition to her passion for helping organisations enhance their business outcomes, she equally enjoys working one-on-one with leaders, and is a highly regarded executive coach.
