Jim Thomas, Ph.D. Jim Thomas is Vice President of DDI’s Healthcare practice. During Jim’s 23+ years with DDI he’s held a variety of roles spanning consulting, business development, and general management. As an Industrial/ Organizational Psychologist, his expertise includes talent acquisition, employee and leadership assessment, teams consulting, leadership development, and executive coaching.

Jim’s work for DDI has literally taken him around the world, including work on six of the seven continents and had extended expat assignments to the Middle East and China. When it comes to DDI’s extensive range of talent management solutions, most likely Jim’s “been there” and he’s “done that”.

Aside from his passion for helping organizations acquire and engage talent, Jim’s personal interests mirror his active, globe-trotting DDI career.  He’s a private pilot, an accomplished sailor, and an avid motorcyclist.
