Barry has responsibility for the creation of DDI’s multi-level development solutions across the globe and currently serves as a member of DDI’s Operating Committee. In his previous role, Barry worked with client executives on succession management, organizational change, assessment, performance management, and executive coaching. Barry has presented at a number of conferences on topics including “Technology Enabled Leadership,” “Creating Business-Based User Adoption,” and “Short-Cycle Sales Leadership.”
